PC Powers Off. Some Advise?

What would be the issue if the you hear a click sound and all power shuts down on the pc then you hear 2 long beeps, the first is low pitch the second high at the same intervals.

This happens in either the GUI or when im in dos doing a recovery,

I tried swapping memory sticks in alternate slots to no prevail. I beleive it might by the p/s

Does anyone agree?

The two-tone siren might be a high temp warning/shut down.

True , but it happens anywhere from 5 - 10 minutes of bootup, temps are idling at 35
