I just had this Power Supply sent to me:

Turbo Cool 510 Deluxe

It says it isn't pci express compatible? So, I can't use it with the ASUS A8N-E or the XFX 7900GT ???

I think it just means you need to buy a 6 pin adapter for it to give juice to your PCI-e card.
If not I would find it hard to believe coming from PC Power & Cooling.
