Who makes the PC Power and Cooling steel tower case....

I am looking for a new case and like the lay out of that one, but I don't want to lay out that kind of cash for a case... damm $250 is harsh...
 
ummm thanks... I already know PCPC sells the case... I was hoping to find out who they OEM'd it from... they are just a tad high on all their prices...
