PC Power and cooling

The PCP&C Silencer is based on the Seasonic Super Silencer. The differences seem to be; higher output, Nidec fan (known for quality), and different/ more connectors. I've used both the Seasonic and PCP&C Silencers and both sound about the same to me, very very quiet.

Note that this is a completely different the Deluxe PCP&C, but in many ways it's superior.

I was going to get a Seasonic Silencer 350w for an older computer of mine so I could upgrade its video, but I came across the PCP&C Silencer 360w and got it instead. From the reviews I've seen, it's basically the same thing (maybe a little better) and cheaper.

Keep in mind the Silencer series doesn't have the same strict regulations as the Deluxe series. And everything up through 410w is 20-pin. My opinion is that the Silencer series is great for older systems (20pin, AGP, etc)... but for new systems, or if you plan to buy a psu to use in a future mobo upgrade, I'd get an ATX v2 psu.

Oh, and the PCP&C 360 is running great in my machine. It hardly fluxuates and is silent from where I sit.
