PC parts for two 30" LCDs

I'm lacking the time to research but here's what I am looking for. The requirements are really to drive my two 3007 WFP (30") LCD's. I only really play retro games and the occasional new games for a week or two. So high end video for gaming is not really require. What I want is to have smooth operation while working in 2D and 3D (somewhat).

The 4-5 parts I need are,

1. GPU (Gigabyte 670)
2. CPU (i5-3570K)
3. Motherboard (GA-Z77X-UD5H)
4. CPU fan (???)
5. RAM (any really)

I have the rest from my old PC. Suggestions are welcome.

Sounds like a vaguely good plan. You might want a 4GB version of a 670. Other examples of good parts can be found [thread=2192841]here[/thread].
