I have an old pc (mb giga , ddr2 ram , 512mb gpu )

It doesnt turn on so i changed power supply

the first power supply I test result : cpu fan and gpu fan turns on immediately after power on power supply (not clicking power button) but no display.

I changed power supply

second power supply results : I should remove CMOS battery then It powers on when I click power button but no display the power button doesnt work to power it off

and its like a dead PC with CMOS battery

NOTE: RAM tested , gpu tested , cpu tested and second power supply is now working on another PC

And, for future reference, removing the CMOS battery while power is applied to the system is something you should not do.

If the motherboard has onboard graphics, did you try connecting the monitor to that and pulling all the hardware except a single memory module (including unplugging any storage drives)? Try moving the memory module to a different slot, and swap it out in case you have a bad module or slot?

Well, it sounds like you've done everything you can. At this point, I'd suspect that the motherboard is dead since you've verified everything else works.
