PC on wifi always having trouble seeing other PCs on network

This is happening on my desktop upstairs. My laptop, htpc and server are all hardwired and have no issues. I've tried restarting multiple times, disabling and reenabling the wireless card but no dice. The moment I hardwire the desktop the other PCs pop up just like that. It has no issues getting to the Internet though.

What could be causing the issue? Windows? NIC? Or Router?
 
Make sure that "Wireless client isolation" isn't enabled on the router. Mostly Zyzel routers have that option, but some others do too.
