A few weeks ago I fried my old Intel 875p's bios chip, I just now got a brand new DFI INFINITY 875, hooked her up and gave it a go, and ....... well, nothing happened. LED lights on motherboard turn on when the PC is plugged in, but when I press "start" nothing happens. I do not think I miss wired the keys, as I am starting it with both the case key and a PC ON switch on the motherboard (special feature of motherboard). I've tried clearing CMOS; I've tried removing all cards/devices and trying again, but still no go. I've tried to boot with nothing but CPU/RAM/GPU but still no go. I've also tried removing 3 of my 4 RAM sticks so only one 512MB stick in DDIM 1 remains. Still no go. Changed out the GPU, still no go. Any ideas what's wrong? Tips would be greatly appreciated.

1) you probably checked this already, but ensure that your ATX12V cable is connected

2) try the board outside the case on cardboard with only the essentials attached: CPU/heatsink/fan, memory, video card. No keyboard, no mouse, no extra cards, no case wiring.

Ok, yes im sure the 12v ATX is in, and ive just tried testing it out of the case, and still same result. Thanks for those tips, got any others? I'm thinking my CPU/RAM/PSU is fried or the mobo is bad..... unforunatly i dont have any extra of those to test it out with.

I had that happen on a computer at work, and it ended up being the power supply refusing wake-up signals. It would light up the mobo's Power LED, just wouldn't start. So you might try a different power supply next, in a barebones setup, as a fact-finding step.
