fyi,
this problem happen at my frd cyber cafe which have 24 pc all 3 type gigabyte mb . 2 type of motherboard shutdown as normal only 1 type motherboard which h61 chipset won't shutdown mean windows shutdown but pc run as normal.need advice ASAP

Does the screen go to power saving mode (yellow light normally) or does it stay on a screen (what is the screen)?

Did this computer power down fine in the past? If so, do you know what has changed?
 
fyi all infected pc run by diskless system n in 24 pc only 10pc face this kind of problem.
once my frd shutdown from cafesuite the 10pc is logoff [at cafestation] but at client pc screen go to oren/yellow colour .pc power run as normal.need advise.below pc detail h61m-s2p-b3
