PC not booting, GPU fan not spinning

So I just cleaned up my PC. Basically turned PSU off, disconnect the power cord and vacuumed the dust off the CPU and GPU fans. I did not even disconnect the components. Now the PC does not boot up, the CPU and PSU fans are spinning but the GPU and case fans are not. Also when I hit the power button, the power LED comes on for a second and then goes out. I tried resetting CMOS, disconnecting the video card and using the onboard video but still does not work. The hard disk seems to be working since I hear it churning away. I have a Corsair 650W PSU and 4GB memory, Western Digital 500GB hard disk which I doubt is the problem. Other specs are AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750, ECS A780GM Mobo and EVGA GTX 260. Im guessing the culprit is the motherboard but would like to hear some opinions. Any help would be appreciated.

You may have pulled a wire connection loose with the vacuum. Check all wire connectors and make sure they are seated properly. You might also remove your video card and see if the pc boots, if so then the card may be faulty or simply needs to be reseated in the pci-e slot. Remember when removing/reinstalling hardware to disconnect all power to mobo before you do so. It also is not a bad idea to let the computer stand for 10 minutes after you disconnect the power so that any residual electicity remaining in the mobo components have some time to disipate

Most likely fried something. Vacuum cleaners generate static electricity and probably shorted your mobo/RAM. If you haven't swapped out the PSU, do that first. Otherwise, yeah, you shorted the hell out of your mobo.

Re-seat your RAM and video card.

And clear the CMOS then try again.
