PC not booting after installing RAM

I installed a new 4GB Transcend 1333Mhz stick along with my old 4GB Transcend, both are exactly the same, and I'm getting a blank screen. The monitor is getting a signal but the nothing shows up on the screen. I tried removing the CMOS battery and reset the jumpers on my motherboard too.

I've tried removing the new stick and used only the old one but still nothing on the monitor. I've tried switching the modules around and it fits correctly and is seated properly. Any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks.

My specs are:
i5 3570k
Mobo -Asus P8H61-MX R2.0
AMD R7 265
1x 4GB Transcend 1333Mhz
Corsair CX430

Description P8H61-MX R2.0 BIOS 1108

I would update the BIOS,

Revert to your previous working configuration! Update the BIOS!

I figured out the problem apparently my video card wasn't seated properly which is weird because it was fine till I installed the new RAM stick. Thanks for all your replies! Yeah I'll have tu update my BIOS too.
