Hard to tell, but I don't think that true commercialization by the end of the decade is wholly out of the question. Particularly on the portable/handheld/embedded side of things, where the capacities won't need to be nearly as large to be useful.

As far as achieving cost equivalency to today's DRAM, I'm thinking it will be a long way off. 201X at least... pure conjecture at this point, admittedly. Though initiatives like this (scroll to the bottom for Windows ReadyDrive info) will definitely push market penetration even faster.

Here's another take on whats currently in the works from a hybrid disk hardware standpoint, until MRAM can step in. Currently uses flash memory, with all of its write-limit shortcomings, but the concept is the same.
