Does anyone know another program or programs that are better or as good as PC Pitstops PC Matic?

If so would you be so kind as to advise me please?

Not really much out there, because they are separate.

For AV you need something, and preferably not AVG, McAffee, or Norton. Avast and Antivir are good, but they aren't the only ones, and MSSE is quite good, despite the geek hate it tends to get.

To get rid of what slips past, or that you allow to slip past, MBAM (Malwarebytes Antimalware) and Superantispyware are hard to beat.

Defragging and cleaning old files is practically useless. You can clean your temp directories every now and again, but otherwise, let Windows handle it (or just turn defragging off, if you have a HDD from the last 2-3 years).

For registry optimization...don't. Just don't. CCleaner getting rid of file entries that point nowhere could be OK, but that's as far as I'd trust any automatic registry cleaning...or, for that matter, any registry cleaning. If you really need registry cleaning and optimizing, you really need to just back up and reinstall your OS.

You can get rid of crapware bogging down your system, that is not malware, without any added tools, but it may take a little learning (msconfig is typically the easiest way, FI).

As far as I know, the program is legit, marketed towards normal users (they claim useless features and then the impossible, but clearly are selling to people who don't have any real knowledge of the technology they use, so I guess it works).

P.S. wrong forum.
