PC MARK

I haven't heard much about the PCMARK series and I was wondering if they are anygood? Does anyone use them to test their pc's. give your input and experience.

That seems to be a link to 3DMark..not PCMark.
Nevertheless, seems to me its the same usage as 3Dmark anyway, just more directed toward encoding and memory writing abilities as opposed to raw Graphic power. Same deal, isn't used much for real world performance, just a benchmark for comparisons..

anyway, i have also used PC Mark

they are "tools" used to compare computers . . . and more importantly, changes or upgrades in a particular system

i tend to use SiSoft's Sandra . . . or did when my rig was new.
