PC, Mac and 22" Apple cinema display

What to do so PC and Mac can share 22" Apple cinema display ?
Dr.Bott's MoniSwich DVI-Pro will not work with 22" display (according to their website).
That is about all I came up with so far.
Any input will be greately appreciated.

Since the Apple displays use proprietary connectors and not standard DVI you have to buy this converter that allows you to hook the display through your DV port and use the USB hub built into it as well as power the monitor through the cable.

Apple's ADC connector provides USB/Video/Power through that one connection.

With the Dr. Bott's "Diviator" there is no problem to hook up PC to the cinema display.
Question is how to share display between PC and Mac?
There are tones of different KVM switches out there but, none seem to work in this situation.
