PC Locked Down :/

This is a first for me I'm running Xp Sp2, I turned my computer as usual but I must admit I was a bit drunk atm and didn't want to hear the Loud "Welcome to Windows" Sound (it gets annoying, and haven't gone around disabling it). So, I start hitting the General area of the keyboard shortcut for the speakers and Hello, I locked down my pc ;/.

There's a key Lock Screen with a lock flashing and it wont let me do anything... I didn't install any programs or anything so I'm amazed of what my fingers just did on me this time.

I searched around and found a program called lock my pc to do something in the range, but I never installed it... Windows only shortcut I know for security is the Windows shortcut + L, but that wont show the lock screen, so I'm lost and confused here... anyone has any ideas? I just need access to my password screen so I can log in again.

I finally got through it. It was the pc-lock program, some friend decided it would be a good joke to install it while I was away and set an admin password other than my own... it actually was I guess. It's also a good lesson not to keep your computer on at all times.

But now I have another issue (dunno if it's another practical joke) but I doubt it. There's a small square box with a small blue and white flashing lock in the monitor screen (more locks for me). It's a dell Lcd screen. I think it has something to do with the monitor but can't seem to get it to turn off.

If I turn the monitor off it will not appear till about 10-15 seconds, then it starts up right in the middle of the screen. I can do anything I want, but it's annoying as hell as it doesn't turn off, the lock has a small animation of it locking and unlocking constantly.

go through the monitor options, see if there's anything there to reset the default settings. Also, go into the BIOS and leave the display on for 10-15 seconds, does the lock still appear?
