PC keeps shutting down

My PC keeps shutting off. I can turn it back on after about 30 minutes. Do you think the PS is gone bad? The light on the MB goes out when the PC shuts down, but will come back on after about 30 minutes or so. PS is a Thermaltake 560W Pure power. I do have a Xclio 450 that I can swap out.
