past few weeks my pc has been crashing on me while i game counter strike. could it be theres no air flow going to the pc?...i have the case open having a big personal fan blowing into the case. is it that or do i need some mini fans on the case it self?

i have

2500+ overclocked to 3200+
512mb of kingstone ram
gforce 5900XT
420Watt of power supply

need more cooling?....new case maybe?

I don't think counter strike would heat up any rig built after 1998, but yeah sounds like you may wanna not OC and try it again.

Read thru and follow that, and do all the updates listed, then if it still crashes, run mps reports and send me the dumps that happen after you update everything.

You obviously haven't played steam. :p
They took a game that ran perfect on a 500 mhz machine and made it so my 2.53 gets jittery fps. ;\
