PC Keeps Rebooting, Can't reach POST

Hi guys, I'm hoping that someone may be able to help me on my issue here.
I'm new at building PCs so this is my first one. After putting everything together I started it up, but then kept rebooting over and over again. Can someone help me find out what's wrong?

My computer specs are:
Case: NZXT Phantom Full Tower Case
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX 16gb (2x8gb) 1866Mhz
CPU: Intel i5 3570K
PSU: Corsair TX650M
GPU: Asus GeForce Nvidia GTX 650 Ti OC Edition Direct CUII
SSD: Kingston SSDnow V300

A guess is that the case wiring to the MB is incorrect. You could even have a defective case start button/switch. Inspect all these wires carefully and observe polarity when specified. Try to manually start the system thru by-passing the start switch (use PSU pin jumper technique).

So are you sure there aren't any MB error 'beep' codes? Have you tried to reach the BIOS on booting? Are the RAM modules seated correctly? (I've encountered that as an issue of that) Otherwise try disconnecting the GPU and see if that helps.

Ah the fun of the first build! My first was a Pentium machine (the original Pentium). Lots of fun, and all the pulled hairs grew back eventually🙂

Are you seeing anything on the screen when this occurs? Do you have the case speaker plugged in so you can hear any beeps?

Make sure you have a can connected to the 3-pin connector closest to the CPU. It should be at the top, close to the RAM slots. While you're at it, if you haven't already, make sure both power connections on the board and the RAM have a good connection.

According to their website, your CPU wasn't supported until BIOS version 2.3, so hopefully the board came with a version newer than that.

I do have the speaker plugged in, and I do not hear any beeps.
On the screen, it is simply black.
If you meant fan when you said "can" I did connect the cpu fan.
Both power connections are secure and the RAM as well.

I also tried booting with only one stick of RAM, at one point the screen said that the memory changed and something else, but the computer was still running.

Which website were you referring to? I'd like to take a look myself.

Thanks for all your suggestions!

Thanks for all your guys' input, it turns out that it was a RAM problem.
The channels were wired incorrectly on the motherboard.
Channels 1 and 3 were wired as 3 and 4, and channels 2 and 4 were wired as 1 and 2.

We put the ram into the correct slots and now it runs beautifully.

Thanks all.
