Question Pc is turning on but no signal

I built this computer 2 days again and ever since it turns on but post no signal.
It has a ryzen 5 3600, gigabyte b450m ds3h v2, and 16gb of ddr4 ram by g.skill, and a evga 450 be psu.
I need help because this is for my school work 😭
I've tried a lot of things, hdmi cable and monitor work, it's not the psu because I tried it on a different one and no resolution, tried the ram one stick in and one stick out, and everything is plugged in right. HELP

What are you using for a graphics card? Those mobo outputs won't function without an APU, and the 3600 is a CPU, so no graphics output from the CPU.

You need a graphics card.
