Well I finally got all my stuff to mod my case the way I wanted it to.

Put in...
4x80mm Vantec Stealth 2 Fans
4xGel Fan Dampering units
2 Matting pads to damper case noise
Lian Li Aquarium Side Panel
Lian Li HD Rack w/80mm Fan
Thermaltake Hardcano 13

This is actually the first case that wasn't pre-modded for me. Really like how it turned out, glad I went ahead and bought the red cath, because it just doesn't look right with just the blue on. Love how silent it is 😀
 
With the acoustipack sound insulation liners and fan controllers, it sounds to me like you are trying to quiet your computer.

I see three more noise sources though:

1) The notorious Asus A8N-SLI Northbridge fan. That eggbeater runs at an INSANE 8000rpm. It's probably half of the noise coming from your computer. :laugh:

2) The vid card fan. I see you got a stock cooler on it, and there is no such thing as a quiet stock vid card cooler.

3) Whatever your PSU is, it's not as quiet as a Seasonic. 😀

And yeah, went for a quiet PC since it's in my bedroom and reguardless what n0c says, I do sleep!

3. My PSU is actually really quiet. It's a Forton Blue Storm.

3. Read Silent PC Review's review of the Blue Storm. more than 10 decibels louder (remember it's logarithmic) than the Seasonic Super Tornado throughout its operating range. Just so that you would know where the noise is coming from once you have eliminated all your other noise sources. 😛
