PC Hardware Test tool

I'm having problems with my PC. It is running XP Pro, and will come up fine, run for a while, maybe even all day, then it will randomly reboot on its own, and get in a mode where it will keep rebooting and not entering windows. I may or may not be able to bring it up in safe mode. Eventually it will run in the normal windows mode.

Microsoft XP reported that a memory problem had occured, and suggested running their memory tester software. I did and all memory tests passed.

I ran Norton System works and corrected any problems with Windows, but that didn't make any difference.

I'm thinking there is another hardware related problem. Is there a good test tool or bench marking tool that will test my hardware and report the problems?

Thanks,

Tom

Generally, random reboots are heat related. Cleaned your case, fans, etc, lately?

Speedfan will read your temps.
