PC hang sometime daily with E1 code

Hello,
My PC is:
mainboard: Coloful Igame Z270
CPU: Intel Core i5 6500
Ram 12G
PSU: Fsp Hydro 600w
The problem that PC hang sometime daily, the display still show screen but can not do anything.
Mainboard show E1 code.

By the way, my mainboard show 3.3, 5 and 12V seem not good
