PC Games work, however online portion doesnt work. Cant connect

Everything works great no problems EXCEPT!

I cant play multiplayer online 🙁 All games work and play great. No PC games work online. It goes cant connect etc. 4 diff games and they work but online play doesnt work. None of my games.

Can I fix this or what ? Thank you gl and gb

I have no firewall app or virus app ,,,,,,, so its not that... hmmmmmm
