PC games /w benchmarks?

I know of Crysis, CoH and FEAR, but are there any other games that include benchmarking or a programs exists to use the game as a benchmark (such as crysis).

FEAR being about as old as I'd want to go, and are there any RTS benchmarks?

GTA 4 has a built-in benchmark.

Company of Heroes has a benchmark as well. That one's really demanding if you turn the settings all the way up (with DirectX 10 on).

What's the most graphically intense game with a built-in benchmarking tool in the demo?

Far Cry 2 is probably not the most intense but its built-in benchmark is rather thorough.
