I played Batman: Arkham Asylum with a KB+M in it's entirety, and I had no issues.

Your thread title is "PC games that require an Xbox 360 controller". Batman doesn't require a gamepad last time I checked. Am I missing something here?

Same here. I own both a 360 controller and (obviously) keyboard + mouse, EVERYTHING you can do on the controller in Batman:AA can be done on mouse + kb. The mouse + kb is actually superior to the 360 controller, because don't have imposed limits on your aiming accuracy/turning speed. You can turn as fast as your manual dexterity allows.

You can also fully configure all of the kb + mouse controls in the options, and remap the keybinds.
