PC Games Similar to Goldeneye007?

I've been looking a long time for a PC game that is similar to the old Goldeneye game for N64. That was my favorite FPS of all time.

For those of you who are really into PC FPS games, which one would you say is the most similar to Goldeneye? I really don't like games like Quake, Doom, etc. that feature hideous monsters for characters, and include levels that look like the darkest pit of Hell. I like more realistic real-world levels, and human characters. I also like indoor levels, rather than the huge outdoor levels of games like BF1942.

So are there any PC games out there that are more similar to the style and gameplay of Goldeneye? I know I'm not the only Goldeneye fan out there.

Nothing I've played on PC is too similar to Goldeneye. There's a big difference between mouse/keyboard and N64 controller and also sitting around a TV with 4 people vs online or even lan. I prefer PC gaming, but still there's not something that's gonna seem a lot like Goldeneye on PC.

Maybe Dues Ex or something...

EDIT: Rareware doesn't have any PC FPS games. I think a lot of their Goldeneye team has gone to the winds by now anyhow.

I second the No One Lives Forever series, and you might try Max Payne.

Golden Eye for the 64 was also one to my all-time favorite FPS.
Single player FPS for the PC I liked are: Call of Duty, Far Cry, and Half-Life I don?t know if I would say any of them are exactly like GE64 but they are FPS I liked. I would also recommend Mafia not really a FPS but has an awesome story and fun game to play.

No One Lives Forever 2 is a great game. Might want to check it out.

I also think the Original Half Life is worth playing if you have never played it.

I downloaded demos for a few games, including Red Faction. That is the closest to Goldeneye of all the games I've looked at. Too bad the graphics are so bland. Are there any Red Faction fans here? How is the multiplayer?

As far as NOLF2, is the multiplayer any good?

XIII is a lot like Goldeneye, and it's really fun.

Goldeneye was such a horrible and overrated game. you couldn't walk off a ledge, or jump, or do anything you could do in a million other FPSes.

RF multiplayer is OK, but nothing special.
