PC froze in a game and won't bootup now.

Ok so I got a computer off of a certain person online and was told all parts were new. They look new. Bought it back in february i believe. Last night out of the blue when the hubby was online racing his game froze. So he shut down the computer and rebooted. The lights on the tower came on and sounded like it was booting but the monitor wouldnt turn on. Thought maybe it was the monitor so brought the tower to the other computer i have in the house that works great but still nothing. Same as before lights on the tower come on sounds like its booting but still the other monitor wont come on. Then thought maybe it was the video card so pulled that out of the other computer to try and that didnt fix it. Even tried the same with the hard drive. Anyone might know what the problem is?
 
Are the system specs the one in your signature? If not, could you provide them, including the specific brand and model of the power supply.
