PC Freezing When Playing Games

It happens on any games I play. After a few minutes of playing, the screen becomes a blank black screen or a plain random solid colour. Buzzing sound comes off from the speakers and after a couple of seconds, the keyboard lights go out. Nothing works, task manager, Windows key, alt-tab, etc. Then I'm forced to press the hard reset button. No BSoD or any other error screen ever appeared.

For some games, the event viewer shows multiple entries of "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.". For the other ones, I don't see any relevant entries but the one that accounts for the hard reset button press which is "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

PC Configuration:
CPU: Intel Core-i5 4570 3.2 GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte B85M-HD3
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333 MHz
GPU: MSI (N760-2GD5/OC) Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 2GB
HDD : Western Digital Blue 1TB 7200
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower Gold 650W (80+ Gold)

Sorry if this is the wrong section but I felt this is the befitting one.

Check temps. Sounds like either your GPU or CPU is overheating.
Temperatures are okay, none of them are overheating. Even happens when GPU is at 50C and CPU is at 40C. Did not happen when I stress-tested each of them (Kombustor and FurMark for GPU, Prime95 for CPU).

Tried several versions of the GeForce drivers.

I've tried almost everything I can. Diagnosed every single part of the build.

Prime95 for CPU = Doesn't show any errors
MSI Kombustor for GPU = Doesn't show any errors
FurMark for GPU = Doesn't show any errors
Memtest86 for RAM = Doesn't show any errors
Recently upgraded the PSU to the one mentioned in OP = Problem still existent
Temperatures are fine = Problem still existent
Blown air in to the card and CPU heatsink, although this is a brand new PC = Problem still existent
Reinstalled OS = Problem still existent

Now the only parts left to test are the hard disk and the motherboard. Although I suspect either of the Motherboard and Graphics Card is the problem. But I don't know what is the problem.

The PC automatically restarts itself sometimes after the shutdown from Windows, if that hints at anything.

I know I can claim warranty for any of the parts but I don't know which one is the defect. I couldn't even show the problem to the repair shop cause when I took the PC to them, the problem was not occurring. The problem seems to go off for a couple of days and then comes back and attacks frequently for the ensuing days.

I will go ahead and ask... what do you define as normal temps?

And how far did you go back with drivers? What all are you installing with drivers (3D, customer experience, etc)?

When I play the modern hot titles such as AC4, FC3, BF4, etc. at medium to high and ultra settings, GPU doesn't get above 76C. CPU is at 55-60C.

I went down till 331.65 drivers. I am installing everything with the driver installation, I only uncheck the HD Audio one.
