Hey everyone!
Thanks for taking the time to help out. I am looking for a build that has a very high performance/value ratio. The purpose of this PC would be 3D graphics work, but please don't consider Quadro or server processors, they are quite unnecessary for me. I don't mind Intel or AMD CPU, although I am really eyeing the i7 13700K, but to be honest, I am not quite sure how it holds up to an AMD counterpart. 64GB memory would be ideal.
For motherboard I prefer ASUS and I`m quite unsure about the videocard, because I`m somewhat disgusted at their current prices. I wouldn't spend more than 550 USD on one, actually, the price can go up to 1700USD in total for the build if I really need to spend that + cash for a decent GPU. Real-time raytracing is important for me, because of Unreal Engine / 3D work, not specifically gaming, but I can utilize the technology and good RTX performance for my work.
I am buying the parts in Hungary or Romania, these are the two vendors:
Hun: https://aqua.hu/termekek/alkatreszek-3836.html
Ro: https://www.itgalaxy.ro/pc-periferice-software/

I`m sure if you use a translate tool than you can get the websites in English as well.

Thanks again!

PCPartPicker is your friend and I'm not sure if they have a Hungarian version but they do have other localized options.

Intel will be the cheaper option though.

Thanks for the reply. I`ll check the website out, although, could anyone maybe recommend some not very expensive, but good ASUS motherboards? I`m quite in the dark regarding motherboards and don't want to go with something way too good for my needs. Thanks!

@bigboym

Asus is kind of iffy lately but, ASRock has good options. I've used ASR on the last few builds w/o issue. Currently using their Steel Legend series but, have used others in the past.

PCP will have reviews of the options you're looking at as well.
