PC equivalent of 12" apple powerbook G4

I was just wondering, what would people say is the PC equivalent of the 12" G4 powerbook?

I think its like a 800 some MHz CPU with a 166MHz system bus if i'm not mistaken, 256MB DDR standard etc.

You guys know the specs better than me i'm sure! i'm a little bit of a PC person, but just wanted to see how it compares...
