At the age of 13 when I was in Hong Kong, I spent my right arm (which costed around $300) on the Super CD-ROM^2 (the rear inserted type, anyone?). Personally, I think games release for PC-E are way better than SNES at that time, even though it's on a 8-bit engine. Especially on those awesome RPG with great animations. Here are my thoughts on some of the classics from the good old PC-E.

- TenGaiMaKyo (Far East of Eden) is probably the best RPG series of all time. Manji Maru wins my favorite among all with it amazing graphics and music.

- The 5-player capable Motoroader 1 and 2. Who says racing games are all about getting past the finish line first? :)

- Zero4 champion racing. No turns, just go straight. Just a gas pedal, a clutch pedal and the shift stick. :)

Yeah, it IS fun. You have to hold down the clutch button and move the D-pad "Down-Down" to shift from first to second. The game gets repetitive though but at least it is something different.

so a shift from 2nd to 3rd would be "Up, Right, Up"? Sounds interesting
