PC don´t turn of

Hi! I have this issue with my PC. When i turn it of in windows everything shuts down monitor shows no signal, mouse and keyboard lights turn of but i still can hear fans spining. They even start spining faster. This issue start after i switch my motherboard and CPU.
Specs: AMD Ryzen 3 1200 @ 3,8GHZ with stock cooler
ASrock B350m Pro4
Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB @ 2666mhz
Asus Strix RX470 4gb
EVGA BQ500w Bronze+
1x 128gb Kingston SSD, 1x 1tb WD Blue
3x12cm fans
I tried stock specs on cpu and rams and it still do not turn off.

Right now i am using v3,4 and newest one is v4,7 would it help to update?

It's worth a shot, plus you will have support for all the Ryzen cpus should you decide to upgrade.

What slot is your graphics card in? I have the same board, but with 4 cards in it and it DID matter what slots were used. It's worth a shot. Also, update that BIOS!!

OK so i updated bios, i tried reseat rams, i tried with 1 ram, tried with different GPU which dont need psu cable, unpug every fans, hdds also tried with only cpu and cpufan connected on board but nothing it still so the same. So i thought if it is PSU what is wrong?

Try this if you have Windows 10:

Sometimes fast-startup can cause this issue. Disabling it has fixed it on numerous PC's i've worked on.

which slot is your graphics card plugged into? PCIE2 (PCIe 3.0 x16 slot) is used for PCI Express x16 lane width graphics cards.

Also, ensure your RAM is in slots A1 and B1


Lastly, make sure your power/hdd/reset headers are connected properly to your PC case!

The last time I saw this issue a power supply was on its way out.
