PC doesn't power up properly.

You can see my system in my sig. Every now and then I have to push my power button several times to get my machine to turn on. This usually happens after i move my system but will occasionally happen after booting successfully many times in a row without being moved. What's going on?
 
Most of the time those symptoms are caused by a failing PSU but with a (Seasonic sourced) Corsair that would seem unlikely.
 
it never happened with my older antec truepower 2.0 550w that i just replaced last month and has happened more frequently since installing my new 8800gts two days ago.
