PC Doctor alternatives

Are there any free or cheap alternatives to PC Doctor diags that will test motherboard and other components? I don't think Hiren/UBCD contain software that tests those things.

From UBCD website, it does offer a number of stress testing utilities. If you pc can boot up in windows, commonly used utilities are prime95, intel burn test, occt, memtest+.
 
Too bad Everest is gone, it did all of that stuff. I think you have to buy the successor AIDA64, but they have a free trial.
