PC Cleaning

Can one use a standard household vacuum cleaner with hose attachment to clean dust etc. out of a tower case without messing it up? I'm wondering if it will cause static electricity or something and fry the comp. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Just use compress air or a can of air. Recommends unplug the system and power drain the PC for a second and then use the can of air. Leave it dry for couple minutes and reconnect the power. There's a chance to create a static spark with the hose attachment with the household vacuum since everyting is made out of plastic. You learned hot to get things charged back in science or physics classes; unless you want to see how that really works on computers!
