PC Chips M810LMR detecting HD help.

When I press power, it like posts halfway. The screen is like:

"AMD Duron 650MHZ
OK
Checking NVRAM 128MB (32 shared)
OK
Wait..."

and it stays at that part. I can feel my hard drive move. I've tried it before with a 40GB HD and it detected it, but after it detected it, the WAit.... showed up again and just stayed there. Anyone know what's wrong?

I've tried 3 different HDs, different ide cables, and both ide slots on the mobo...
