PC case without 5.25 bays?

I would like to know if there is such a PC case (micro or SFF) that excludes the 5.25 bays but has (2 or more) 3.25 bays. The case concept would be similar to a 2 or more bay external case.
What I would like to do is build a small/mini low end PC with WinXP that has 2 or more hard drives with front and rear fans (for HDD cooling) and use PII or PIII (to save electricity). The purpose of this computer is for NAS/FTP and web browsing.
I hope I have stated my questions clearly. If not, please let me know. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What's your budget? Cuz for 500 bucks, you could get an Apple Mac Mini and it'll have a DVD-Rom/CD burner drive too... and be an overall faster machine... and its about as large as an external cd rom drive.

If you still want to do it yourself, I'm not sure where you could get a case like that, but I'd recommend going with a newer mobile chip instead of a pentium 3. You can get pentium m's for quite a nice price now, so you may want to look into that aswell.
