Question PC Case Fans

Hello guys I have an issue with my fans at pc. I have bought RGB LED Quiet Pc Case PC Fan the fans are working perfectly fine but every time I turn on my pc it goes at the same speed as a result I have to manually lower the speed from the remote control. Is there any way to stay stable? Please if you know let me know.\

There is no connection between that fan system and your computer mobo. Further, that controller box has no way to measure any temperature inside your computer system. so the ONLY way to change fan speeds is MANUALLY, using the remote control box.

That system VERY likely does NOT have any way to "remember" its last setting whe it is turned off, so it always will re-initialize on start-up, usually to the fastest speed to be sure the fan starts. THEN you can change it.
