PC Building Guide Recommendations?

I'm building my first PC soon and was wondering if anyone could recommend an online or book guide, preferably something very new. I saw mech's guide, which was interesting but would llike some more suggestions...

Not really, I wanted a more general guide that covers everything from setting up the chassis to putting in the motherboard and CPU to connecting front USB ports. Everything really. Basically something in the style of mechBgon's guide, but I'd just like some new recommendations. Something with nice big pictures and info on all the newer technologies like SATA and SLI and dual cores would be nice.
