pc build up for criticism

i'm putting together the components i want for a new pc - i'd appreciate any advice/criticism you'd be willing to give. here's the shtuff:

Do you not want to overclock? You could save a few bucks by going with a cheaper processor and overclocking it.

I've had bad experiences with Maxtor drives... that's about the only other thing I'd change... besides the monitor... there isn't a 19 inch LCD that exists that's great for games.
