im working on an older hp desktop that had xp sp1 installed. when i installed sp2, the cleanup was taking a long time, and then when it rebooted, it rebooted, and then rebooted...
it wont let me get into safe mode either. any idea on how to fix this? a way to roll back to sp1 or fix the issue?
