Hey my pc emits beeping after i play counterstrike for 10 to 15 mins. no issues regularly. when i take the side panel out and play counterstrike there is no beeping. leads to a heating issue. i have 2 80mm in the front blowing in and 2 in the back blowing out. weird .. i have like a generic power supply . 320 watts.

what gives?
 
Sounds like overheating to me. Do you have temp monitoring software?

Fans, alone may not be enough to cover all areas of the inside of your case. It would help to know what is overheating, but beep codes are usually associated with high CPU temps. How's the airflow path in your box?

It might help to know the rest of your setup.
