PC apps on Pocket PC

Is it possible to run PC apps on Pocket PC? Next year I need to get a TI-83, I found a very good emulator for it called Virtual TI, could I run that on pocket PCs?
 
What PPC are you using? You might try forums specific to that for better/faster answers. Or, post at aximsite and I'm sure you'll get some good ones, even if you don't have an axim. The forums there are quite busy.
