Quick answer:
Make sure both computers have PC/Anywhere installed and can "see" each other through TCP/IP (there are other ways to connect but this is the easiest). Make the one you want to connect into "listen" by starting up PC/Anywhere, go to the host button (on top) and double-clicking on the TCP/IP Network icon (I think the main window then minimizes and the box should say "Listening for connection on <your IP>" or something similar). Go to the other computer and tell it to connect (one of the buttons on top) and go to TCP/IP Network, and it should either find it (if it's on same network) or put in the IP manually, and that should do it.
