If you are using AMD go with a single 512mb DIMM, if you are using an Intel CPU go with 2x256 DIMMs in dual channel mode.

And are the DDR4400 , DDR4000 , DDR3700 , DDR3500 for Athlon FX??

Because i see the upcoming K8t890 only support PC3200 and lower PCs

Nah, DDR4000 etc.. just means that its gaurenteed to get to those speeds. Mainly for ocing.
