pc 133 cas2 or pc 150

i was wondering what would be better to get pc133 cas2 or pc150. i heard that pc 133cas2 is just as good and as fast or faster than pc150. is this true? i was either thinking of the kingmax pc150 pr the pc133cas2 from crucial any ideas?? i was thinking of getting a 256 stck and a 128 stick, so id have 384 of ram .
wiil this really improve my performance.

If you don't plan to OC your computer, or not OC the FSB pass 133Mhz, then there's almost no point using PC150 SDRAM. Those SDRAM will work up to 150Mhz.. so PC150 is just as good as PC133 at the 133Mhz.
