I am going to be using a pc/104 system at work, and it requires an ATX power supply. The power to the pc/104 is delivered through an ATX to 10-pin connector. The 10-pin connector has (3) +5V connections, (4) grounds, (1) +12V, (1) +3.3V, and (1) -12V connection. I have the ps, but the pc/104 doesn't have a "power on" button. When I plug the connector into the PS, without the pc/104, the PS stays off. Does anybody know how to turn the PS on? I know on a mb, the momentary power button, does something, but I don't know what. Is there any way to "create" that signal to turn the PS on?

BTW, does anyone know where I could find the "schematic" for the ATX power connection? Thanks in advanced.

ATX Form factor

This link will lead you to a PDF file which should have all the Info you need concerning the ATX power supply. There is a power_on line which you need to connect to +5V, I believe. Check the PDF for exact details.
