Merry Christmas! I have the Asus A7V with a Duron 600 O/C to 900 Mhz at 1.68v @ 43C and the memory I have installed is PC100. I have it operating at 133 mhz @ cas 3. Everything seems to run fine. No crashes. I ran Sisoft Sandra and the memory burner/test and everything seemed fine. Benchmarks are a little higher than PC 100 benchmarks.

What can I expect? Lower memory life? Unsuspected crash? Higher temps? Is the O/C risks to high?

Generally PC100 CAS2 memory will run fine at 133MHz CAS3.
I don't believe you will shorten the life of your memory at all, provided your system case isn't to hot.
Enjoy it, you really shouldn't have any problems :D
