We are a small company. We manufacture tools and whatnot, so even though we have 80 employees, in our office there are only like 18 phones. We currently have a 15 year old Sprint PBX system. No voicemail, no call routing, etc.
I'm looking at upgrade choices to add voicemail functionality, route calls via automated systems, etc.
The possibility of a mixed landline/VOIP is intriguing also.
I've found the Talkswitch products and they seem to be in line with what i was imagining, and an easy upgrade.
Does anyone have experience with them? Are they a good choice? Anything else I should look at?
